Refund Policy

 

At Kurtarepublic, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your return within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, If you recived faulty product or you facing a size issue then you have to inform us for return withinn 24 hours

subject to the following conditions:

1. The item must be returned in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
2. The item must be returned in the original packaging.
3. The original invoice must be included with the return.
4. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the item.

Please note that the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Items that have been worn or washed.
• Items that have been altered or damaged in any way.
• Undergarments or swimwear.
• Final sale items.

To initiate a return, please email us at ask@kurtarepublic.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed with the return.

Once we receive your return and it has been processed, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at ask@kurtarepublic.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
